Terms and Conditions

*1.* Towels are provided as per guest request in advance.
*2.* Intoxicated or drunk guest upon arrival on the yacht will not be allowed and will result to cancellation without refund.
*3.* No pets are allowed on board.
*4.* Guest are obliged to take off any footwear while on board.
*5.* Smoking is prohibited inside the yacht.
*6.* No refund will be given in case of any cancellation by the guest.
*7.* Trip rescheduling should be communicated *72hrs* prior to the booking date and is subject to availability.
*8.* Trip will be automatically cancelled *(no refund)* if the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity of the booked boat or yacht.
*9.* It is not allowed to bring home any goods and objects from the boat or yacht *fines will be imposed otherwise*
