I have over 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, performance management, training and development, HR administration, and employee relations. I have independently handled end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, selection and onboarding. I have also maintained employee records, supported payroll processes, coordinated training programs, monitored attendance and leave, assisted with performance appraisals, and ensured smooth communication between employees and management. I have worked with HRMS/payroll platforms such as Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, GreytHR and SAP HCM.
