MAKlistings.com Acceptable Use Policy

I. Immediate Access Restrictions

You cannot use the Platform if:

(a) You are under 18 years of age;

(b) Your purpose is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful;

(c) You breach any local, national, or international law.

II. Zero-Tolerance Conduct

Never use the Platform to:

(a) Bully, harass, intimidate, humiliate, or harm any person;

(b) Promote illegal acts (including terrorism, self-harm, or violence against groups);

(c) Distribute spam/unauthorized ads.

III. User Content: Absolute Prohibitions

Your contributions must NEVER contain:

(a) Child sexual abuse material;

(b) Illegal content (e.g., defamation, obscenity, hate speech);

(c) Discriminatory incitements (race, gender, religion, etc.);

(d) Privacy invasions or impersonation;

(e) Copyright/trademark infringement;

(f) External advertising/promotions.

IV. User Content: Quality & Compliance

Your contributions must:

(a) Be factually accurate;

(b) Reflect genuine opinions;

(c) Comply with all laws in your jurisdiction and the Platform’s target regions.

V. Prohibited Items

You may not advertise items/services listed in MAKlistings.com’s List of Prohibited Items.

VI. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations may result in:

(a) Account suspension/termination;

(b) Content removal;

(c) Legal action (including cost recovery);

(d) Law enforcement reporting.

(MAKlistings.com retains sole discretion in enforcement.)

VII. Policy Context

This Policy:

(a) Applies to all Platform interactions (website/apps, content uploads, user contact, linking);

(b) Supplements our Platform Terms of Use;

(c) Uses capitalized terms as defined in the Terms of Use.
